a ground for a specific action explicitly permitted by the rules: defense against a current attack, an active contract, raid, war, lawful duty, or profession mechanic. Personal dislike, an insult, the target’s profession, presence on private property, or a visible weapon without a demonstrated threat are not RP reasons by themselves.
an unfinished roleplay scene.
a clear refusal to follow a lawful, understandable, and possible order.
an area open to general access: open city blocks, streets, squares, parks, government buildings, and operating businesses freely accessible to outsiders. A closed owned apartment or isolated private property is not a public place.
defense against a current threat to life. Later revenge is not self-defense.
an RP player who can see or hear the event. NPCs, cameras, and AFK players are not witnesses.
the property and nearby area where an active attack or defense is taking place.
