Not knowing the rules does not exempt a player from responsibility.
A new edition applies only to violations committed after its publication.
Evidence is accepted for 3 days. Management may accept older evidence for serious violations.
A repeated violation is a violation of the same rule within 30 days.
Independent violations are combined. One action may not be split artificially to increase the punishment.
Situations not covered by the rules are decided by management under the closest applicable rule.
A base rule applies from the first violation. RDM, MassRDM, MassFreeArrest, MassFreeWanted, and MassFreeCuff do not permit a smaller number of violations; they increase the punishment once the stated number of victims is reached. One set of actions receives the most serious applicable classification without adding lower-level punishments.
